Privacy Policy

1. Data Controller and Nature of Service (SaaS)

The data controller for personal data processed through the LiquidMind platform is an independent software developer (an individual operating as a sole developer), hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider". Contact: contact@liquidmind.cloud

LiquidMind is a platform providing exclusively SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) analytical software and an execution interface for trading process automation. The Service Provider is NOT a financial advisor, does NOT manage the User's funds or portfolio, and does NOT offer any investment advice.

This Privacy Policy sets out the principles for collecting, processing, and protecting personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and applicable laws.

2. Data Collected by the Platform

To provide the Service, we collect the following categories of data: (a) Identification data — email address, username, or Telegram account identifier, necessary for creating and managing an account; (b) Configuration data — bot settings, risk parameters, trading pairs, and other platform preferences; (c) Technical data — IP address, browser type, operating system, session activity logs necessary for security and diagnostics; (d) Transaction data — order identifiers (order ID), execution logs, and history of signals generated by the algorithm.

We do not collect sensitive data within the meaning of Art. 9 GDPR, i.e. health data, political opinions, racial or ethnic origin, or any other special categories of data.

3. Exchange API Keys — Security and Permission Scope

The platform allows connecting API keys from a cryptocurrency exchange (e.g. Bybit) exclusively for the purpose of executing trading orders in accordance with algorithm signals. API keys are encrypted using AES-256-class encryption and stored in a secured database. The Service Provider has NO access to the User's financial funds.

SECURITY REQUIREMENT: We strictly require that provided API keys do NOT have withdrawal permissions. Keys with withdrawal permissions will not be accepted by the system. The User bears full responsibility for configuring the permissions of their API keys on the exchange.

API keys are used exclusively for placing, modifying, and cancelling trading orders on behalf of the User. They are not shared with third parties.

4. Cryptocurrency Payments and Transaction Data

Payments for the Service subscription are made directly in cryptocurrency via peer-to-peer (P2P) transfer on the blockchain network (e.g. USDT/TRC-20, BTC). The Service Provider does not use payment intermediaries, credit card processors, or escrow systems.

In connection with payments, we process only public blockchain network data: the sender's wallet address, the recipient's wallet address, and the transaction identifier (TXID). This data is inherently publicly available on the blockchain ledger.

Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, all payments are final and non-refundable, of which the User is informed before making a payment.

5. Legal Basis and Purpose of Data Processing (GDPR)

We process personal data on the following legal bases under GDPR: (a) Art. 6(1)(b) — performance of a SaaS service agreement; (b) Art. 6(1)(c) — compliance with legal obligations; (c) Art. 6(1)(f) — legitimate interests of the Service Provider (platform security, abuse prevention, algorithm improvement).

Data is processed only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected. After subscription expiry, account data is retained for 12 months and then permanently deleted, unless applicable law requires a longer retention period.

6. Cookies and Technical Data

The LiquidMind web platform uses essential cookies for session management, authentication, and security. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Users can manage cookie settings through their web browser. Disabling certain categories of cookies may limit the platform's functionality.

7. User Rights (GDPR)

Under GDPR, you have the following rights: the right to access your data (Art. 15), the right to rectification (Art. 16), the right to erasure ("right to be forgotten", Art. 17), the right to restriction of processing (Art. 18), the right to data portability (Art. 20), and the right to object (Art. 21).

To exercise the above rights, contact us at: contact@liquidmind.cloud. We will respond to your request within 30 days of receipt. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in the EU, this is your local Data Protection Authority (DPA).

8. Policy Changes and Contact

The Service Provider reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy. Users will be notified of significant changes via email notification or an in-app message with at least 14 days' notice.
